KAIN Labs is a software company, not a repair shop. KAIN Automation is our customer and development partner — we don't compete for repair work. We only offer KATS to shops outside our geographic market. Think of it this way: we're enterprise software developers who solved this problem for our own repair shop.
How is KATS different from generic field service software?
Most field service software is built for HVAC companies — furnace installs, service calls, travel time. KATS is built specifically for bench work: testing stages, technical documentation, parts tracking for board-level repair.
